We took a short holiday to Singapore over Christmas weekend. Singapore is always fun but as usual, holidays are never long enough.
The weather was nice in December
The place was thankfully quiet so it’s easier to take pictures
A different perspective of the same scene
The Sun was also cooperating this morning
Can’t resist a bokeh-y shot
Gardens by the Bay was having a Christmas theme going so we headed there
Like Orchard Road, the decor were partially sponsored by the Disney Company
Shot at a lower shutter speed to blur out the water streams
At 8pm there was a musical light show featuring the Supertrees
I didn’t have a wide angle lens so I made do…
All tired out at the end of the evening
Ho ho ho indeed!
A relaxing day for recovering…
We walked to the National Gallery in the late afternoon where I decided to take some deliberately posed shots
Next time I should really bring my tripod. The camera was placed on a road pole for this.
The light was great
Sir Stamford Raffles was the founder of modern Singapore and British Malaya
Our last evening in Singapore
Last walk back to the hotel
And it was time to go home the next day
